Brian Bullock
Brian Bullock has 37 years of experience in municipal government, the last 24 as the Town and Light Department manager for the town of Holden, Massachusetts. He earned a BA in political science from Boston University in 1971 and an MPA at the University of Rhode Island in 1978. He is also a graduate of the Harvard University Senior Executive Program (2000) and the American Public Power Association "Certified Public Power Executive" program (1998-2000).
Edward Denmark
A police officer for the last 19 years, during which he received training as a crisis negotiator, SWAT officer, firearms instructor, and active shooter instructor, Edward Denmark is the Chief of Police for the town of Harvard, Massachusetts. In addition to policing, he has held adjunct faculty positions at Quinsigamond Community College, Fitchburg State College, and the University of Phoenix where he has taught courses in community policing, criminology, community corrections, comparative criminal justice, and legal issues in justice and security. Internationally, he has conducted training in Domestic Violence Prevention and assisted with the development of proposed legislative changes for victim's rights and enhanced police training. Recently, Chief Denmark was hired as the Academy Coordinator for the Reserve/Intermittent Program at the MPTC Boylston Academy.
Chief Denmark holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Fitchburg State College, where he received a Criminal Justice Achievement Award in 1998. His current doctoral work at Franklin Pierce University is on the topic of police organizational leadership.
Michael Donnelly, JD
Professor Donnelly is the Director of the Master of Public Administration program at Anna Maria College and an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice. A 26-year veteran of the District Attorney's Office of Worcester, MA, he has written and lectured extensively on issues concerning the rights of children and is the author of the book "The Use of Scientific Evidence in Service to Children in the Courts". He received his MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, a JD from Suffolk University Law School, and a BA from Wesleyan University.
William (Bill) McAndrew
Bill McAndrew retired in 2006 after a 35 year career in the Massachusetts court system. Appointed Chief Probation Officer of the Taunton District Court in 1979, he was responsible for managing the probation operation at the court, and he developed and implemented several probation-focused community programs throughout his career. A founding member of the statewide Massachusetts Probation Training Team in 1984, Bill has provided training to probation officers, court employees, and other agency staff on law and policy. An adjunct faculty member at Anna Maria College for more than 20 years, his duties have also included site and regional administration at satellite campuses. He received his undergraduate degree at Stonehill College and also holds a graduate degree from Assumption College.
